I am conducting a Research Project concerning Sex Offender Testing. I am looking for a sample from each State. I am wanting percent Pass/Fail rates for each type of test (Instant/Specific, Sexual History, Maintenance). Does anyone know where to get this information or would anyone like to participate?

Hey Eyeballs,

I think your best bet is to attend the upcoming NAPS seminar in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. March 24th to March 27th, 2004.

They are planning on having a question and answer session and that would seem to be the best place to pose your question.

Although there are several 'lists' of who is PCSOT certified, those lists don't tell you who is actually conducting sex offender testing. So again...NAPS is the place, that is the entire reason for their existence, to create a community for sex offender testing and establish quality control. Heck they may even be interested in partnering with you on the research.
